At palmspringsmattress.com, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our custom mattresses. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty that covers manufacturing defects and issues in materials for a specified period, depending on the mattress model.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers the following:
– Manufacturing defects in the mattress cover, stitching, or materials. Excluding any quilt stitching or anything that does not interfere the function of the mattress.
– Indentations or sagging greater than 1.5 inches not caused by improper foundation support.
– Faulty or broken components such as spring breakdown that results in abnormal wear and tear (when properly cared for).
Duration of Warranty
Custom mattresses come with a **10-year limited warranty** from the date of delivery.
The warranty is prorated based on the age of the mattress, with full coverage during the first 3years and prorated coverage during the remaining 7 years.
Exclusions from Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
– Normal softening or wear of materials over time.
– Mattresses that show signs of misuse, abuse, or improper care, including stains, burns, tears, or exposure to excessive moisture or mold.
– Mattresses not used with a proper foundation or base.
– Custom sizes or unusual shapes may be subject to adjusted warranty terms based on specific conditions and are subject to custom mattress USA management approval .
What to Expect
If your mattress experiences a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, palmspringsmattress.com will repair or replace the mattress at no cost during the first 3 years. For the remaining 7 years, the repair or replacement will be prorated based on the age and condition of the mattress. Custom Mattress USA reserves the right to substitute any materials of equal or higher value in the event original materials are no longer available. Repairs and replacements may take up to 30 days. Custom Mattress USA does not supply and or is not responsible for temporary replacement of mattress.
Shipping costs for warranty claims are free during the first year. Afterward, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs in certain circumstances.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@spencerscustommattress.com. Please provide proof of purchase, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.
